        Ordered dumbbells over a month ago, I got a tracking email with label, items never shipped. We with support for over 45 mins they would not refund me because they said no refunds for accessories and then they said the item was on back order. The sight never said it was back ordered and they emailed us a shipping notice with tracking number but we never got any notification it was on back order. We had to reach out to them and they still will not cancel and refund. We canceled the membership but will see if they follow through with that too. The service not worth the lack of customer service save your money. There are better services out there that is cheaper and not unorganized and unprofessional like this one.
