Fitbit

So my Charge 4 lasted less then a year, they couldn't find that I bought from them but the did RMA so I appreciate that, but now comes the problem. Fitbit received the device on 1 September 2021. The company written policy says device should be return to me in 5-7 business days. On the 10th of September sent email what is status. No response. It is now the 17 of September and I start a chat and FITBIT's answer was oops we didnt ordered so it was ordered today but I need to wait for 5-7 business days. All of this was via customer support.

Based on my customer service experience, Fitbit is not a premium brand. Their customer service strategy is apparently to waste your time and hope you go away. Nobody is empowered to solve your problem, just pass the buck and make you waste even more of your time. The service is so horrible, I may sell my Fitbit Sense on eBay to get rid of it, then switch to different brand of fitness watch. DON'T BUY FITBIT - the company is a mess.

Poor product——Have had 3 fitbits along with others for my grandchildren——-never again. Tried to email the company——- no go. Good idea poorly constructed———-Phil Princehorn

Just put my new Fitbit on and in two months the mounting pin for the watch band broke off. Pice of junk
