This bike shop is excellent. I went here regularly for service since I started road biking. They were always willing to help, even though I didnt buy my bike from them. Prices are reasonable, and they dont nickel and dime you for everything. I recently moved to a different neighborhood, so I will miss this place. I just hope the LBS in my new area is as good.

If you are looking for a Cervelo or Pinarello dealer in San Francisco, this is THE shop you want to check out first. I have worked with Brooke to order a new bike from High Trails and she is super helpful and diligent. I have been to more than a few bike shops in the bay area and Brooke has been by far one of the best people I have worked with to this day. Thanks for everything!
