Swell Bicycles

I just need to give a shout out to this neighborhood bike shoppe. I took a day trip to SF to ride my bike through Golden Gate Park and along the Great Highway. When I got there, I discovered that nut had come off of my front fender which made my bike unrideable. I searched for a local bike shoppe and this came up (a couple blocks from the southwest entrance of the park). The person who came to help hooked me up with a locking nut and could not have been more understanding and helpful. If you are local, please frequent this location. We need places like this in our communities.

they acted if they know how to install pegs on a 3/8 axle, after 6 hours they called me and said unfortunately we can't install the pegs they didn't know how. and for nothing. the front desk women asking me we need to charge you $10 fee. she went back to talk to her boss coming back telling me her apology that I don't have to pay the $10 fees. unprofessional rip people off I prefer the guys on 27th and Irving they got the job done, and made me feel comfortable they allowed you to go inside the shop and also they didn't tell me how to wear my mask unlike Swell Bicycles shop, who deal with customers outside their shop. and complain even though you wear a mask.
