First time coming into this branch and was surprised by how great the staff are!!! The new branch manager Andy especially is very helpful, friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. Great to know someone like him will be managing this branch. Will be stopping by here for my banking from now on. Very happy customer, thank you!

I have done several transactions at this branch and always had an excellent experience.  Andy, the new branch manager, and Ivan next to him are very friendly.  They have free checking and CD rates are better than the other nearby brick and mortar banks.  No lines either.

I was surprised to initially see such low ratings on pretty much all of their branches but, now I'm definitely not. I submit checks monthly to be deposited and this month I was surprised when my account was overdrawn. They had cashed a check for over $5k more than it was written for even though on the written line it clearly said the amount. Okay, it happens?  I call just to clarify what happens and get total attitude from Evan the entire time. I try to get clarity to why who ever submitted the check didn't read the written amount if they had a problem reading a number and he gets pretty snappy with me saying "this is never a problem." He offers no solution or apology simply directs me to deal with their Montgomery branch from now on. Cool Sterling. Thanks for the fee on my bank account. You actually made me grateful for the customer service I get from my "big bank." I will now be directing everyone in the city to avoid you like the plague.
