bad service i ever met. BOA should closed this branch permanently if they keep doing this. I will stop using boa services if I met this bad service continually in this branch.

Opened my account here, and have had the best experience with BoFa. They check up on me all the time, and help me grow my account. leaving a good review because my boyfriend told me no one leaves good reviews on banks cause nobody likes banks. I like this bank!!!

Marylou Vega and Rycki Ambeau provided exceptional service. After visiting the Powell St. location 4 times in attempt to do a wire transfer (0 STARS FOR THEM!!!!!) Marylou and Rycki had it done in 15 minutes with a smile on thier face. Refreshing after the Powell St. experience where I was literally yelled at by a finacial advisor. This will be my new branch when doing anything important!!

I give it 5 out of 5 I don't know why I see bad comments, well first of all I congratulate them because they help me a lot, I can say that they treated me as they should, I asked questions and they cleared up many doubts I had... excellent service !!!
