This branch has been closed because of the pandemic and honestly I don't miss banking here: In the past few years, they closed all but two windows, one dedicated to business banking. The line moved at a glacial speed.But, this BofA has three ATMs, two in the rear of the building adjacent to Peet's so it's convenient.And in the heart of the city, free parking in a private lot is like a siren's call that's impossible to resist.

I experienced premier service at Bank of America with Giselle the security guard (contracted through GAS). She was very efficient and made my visit a pleasant one.

This is by far the worst bank of america ive been too the bank tellers are super slow // you have to have your checks verified unlike any other Bank of America they need to find more employees not enough people to help out around there

Although we have a business account and we use the merchant line; it'll take me a minimum of 15-20 minutes on a good day just to make a deposit. The teller handling the business line is the slowest teller with an attitude.

Very long lines. Always just one teller working. Has become a worse nightmare with the coronavirus. Lines seem double.
