It's a residential supportive services hotel with Case Managers in the building, tenants vary from different ages, but mostly seniors The hotel is a SRO which stands for Single Room Occupancy a hand full of eooms may have a bathroom in them

Great location, but turns out it is pretty seedy at all times of the day. There were people breaking into cars on the street out front in the morning and at night. The other guests at the hotel def lived there and had very poor hygiene. The rooms are extremely sparce and well "used" . On the other hand it is a great hotel if you want a cheap room for a one day, maybe 2 day convention or seminar. Otherwise, run as fast as you can from here!!!
