Been living here for one year this month. No problems, only good experiences. Very dog friendly. And staff are pleasant & helpful. Amenities ïnclude work-out room open 24/7 (which is great. I've yet to take advantage but it's on my t o-do list!!) With state of the art equipment. Ping pong room, television screen area, (quite comfortable) kitchen room, afew gettogether social areas, also adequate areas in the cut to be alone and not bothered!!, pleasant outdoor patio area on main floor, 2 laundry facilities that are never crowded with adequate hours of operation, and best of all, 2 floor out of doors areas where you can try out your green thumb!! Huge park right across the street with dog area,, as well as a good public transit nub. Only bummer is amt of garage parking and looong waiting list for a spot. Truth be told someone usually has to die for list to move!! Total bummer. All and all? Not a bad place to reside & very conducive ² living your best ongest life possible.
