lunchbox wax never fails to amaze me. i had only been the portland location (which is just as clean and professional and great) until i was visiting san diego and came to this location. stacey is seriously AMAZING. she is SO personable, makes the entire experience comfortable and painless, and even remembered the city i said i was moving to in north carolina and found me the closest lunchbox to my new house while i was getting dressed. lunchbox wax is incredible at all their locations but stacey really exceeded my expectations, i couldn’t recommend her enough.

This was not my 1st time at this place. Today I had Zoe, who made me feel very comfortable! She was friendly and reassuring. The place was very clean and there was no push to upsale. She let me know what they offered. I would definitely go back! She made it all very pleasant.
