Awesome service every time. Best waxing salon I've visited. Great for sensitive skin, quick and as painless as it gets! Happy every time with this salon and all the estheticians are friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Nikki is especially excellent, but love them all.

I’m new to SD and was recommmded this place from a lady where I was from in Florida. I was dissapointed because it was quite painful in comparison to my very first wax. My waxer seemed to be rushing and not taking her time. She even missed a few spots. This was my first and last time at this location.

Penelope is beyond amazing! She is quick, yet completely detail oriented. She makes you feel calm and at ease every single time. Do yourself a favor and book with her!

Always pleasant but its really disappointing that the 'waxers' here are cutting corners (or dont care) that they do large strips of hair growing in different directions, causing broken hair and stubble. I used to go to either salon in Las Vegas and highly recommended them. I have tried PB location over a dozen times now hoping for better results but it actually got worse. My 'waxer' wanted to pluck a scary amount of broken off hair in a very sensitive area that she messed up. I told her not to bother. Maybe go back to PB to retrain the people there Trisha. i would actually go out of my way now to tell people not to go there.
