I can’t set up an online account (it says my account number format is incorrect even though I’ve entered it exactly as it appears on my physical bill) and when I tried paying over the phone it would only tell me my balance (which I already knew since I had the physical bill). I tried calling the customer service line and my call was dropped. I did finally get a hold of a customer service representative and she explained that they don’t even take the payments even though there is an option on the bill for ebilling. Unfortunately I don’t have a choice as to whether I would like to even use this company as it is what my apartment complex uses. Overall not impressed.

I don't like the fact that I have to pay extra to receive utilities. I don't have a choice though since my apartment's owner chose to have Multifamily Utility Company for our provider.

This company is horrifically terrible to deal with. They don't respond to communications. They even took over 3 months to reply to the better business bureau when I filed a complaint there... AND THEY LIED IN THEIR REPLY. This company is terrible. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
