Rod gave me outstanding customer service. He was very helpful and very well informed. Also I would like to say California Submeter Has saved my HOA hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last 30 years by evaluating our landscaping water saving us 40% of our sewage bill each month. We also had water meters installed saving us thousands every month and having each Homeowners pay their fair share and stopping excessive and wasteful water use.

Aixa Gonzalez handles my account and I was extremely impressed with her customer service on the phone. She answered all my questions while being patient and very friendly. I feel very comfortable and confident about my water service because of her. Thank you!

California Sub-Meters, you've got an incredible employee on your hands. Ron is absolutely amazing.. like.. A-MAZ-ING. I spoke with him months ago and he was great then.. but today, I called again and quickly recognized it was him! I immediately felt relief because I knew he would take good care of me. And he did! Quickly and efficiently solved my problem. I also called about 10 minutes before they closed and he was ready to help me out without an ounce of disdain in his voice for calling so late! I cannot stress this enough: I hope Ron gets some sort of compensation for his friendly tone, professional attitude and attention to the customer. I know I'd surely buy him lunch!
