The shred truck operator Seth was fast, efficient, and polite. Masks along with the truck noise made communications difficult but the entire transaction was excellent and faster than expected. The noise from the truck shredding was deafening. Gratefully it was over in a matter of minutes. My only concern/confusion was over the ultimate cost calculation. I had been told over the phone that for up to 300 lbs the cost was so much. No issues with cost but we didn't want to go over so we weighed all the paper and were just under 200 lbs. When I called to pay I was asked how many bin loads (the driver loads the paper into a bin). We had one bin load. Then I'm told that the bin, which was beyond full, holds up to 300 lbs and the costs are calculated by bin load. I had assumed the bin loading contraption on the truck weighed the contents but apparently not. I'm not sure how I would have argued the weight of my paper had I gone over one bin load.
