        My phone rep, Carrie, is an absolute Ace about follow-up and making sure that my experience was as seamless and painless as could be. The truck arrived on time and they finished the shredding in about ten minutes. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend Bay Shred

        When our current (at that time) shred service could not accomodate an additional pick up from us for WEEKS, we needed to find another service quickly to pick up the slack. Bay Shred was affordable and worked with our schedule. While the other staff in my office stood around and complained about the current shred service, I got on the phone with Bay Shred and made my boss very happy with a completed solution!
