My boots looks brand new. I had it polished and stretched. It was not ready when i went to pick and and they seem disorganized. I can see how they loose peoples shoes there. Take a picture and go get it right away.

Had a great experience here, they resoled and cleaned a pair of ankle boots I bought in Barcelona and they look better than when I bought them. They did a beautiful joy, in a timely fashion, and the man at the counter is so sweet and friendly. I will definitely be coming back again with another pair of boots and a purse. Very please, great job!

Fred sometimes misplaces items. For 2 months he could not find an item I had taken in to get the zipper fixed. Finally, he found it. I made over 6 trips to the store, because he would never call me to tell me if he was still looking for them.
