Alex came to diagnose our old dishwasher.  He showed up on time, he was professional, and most importantly, he was honest.   He said since our dishwasher was already fairly old that it wasn't worth the hundreds of dollars to fix it when we could purchase a brand new dishwasher for not much more.  I appreciate his honest advice very much.Also, Myron came to fix our furnace.  He was diligent, spent a good amount of time diagnosing the issue, and now the furnace is working great.I highly recommend calling PhD Appliance if you need repair for any of your appliances.

Alex from PhD Appliance Service repaired our squeaky dryer today.  He was prompt in returning our voice message and showed up for our appointment on time.  He diagnosed the problem right away and wasted no time completing the repair.  I especially appreciated him showing me a comparison of the part that failed and the new part he installed.  He's very professional and easy to work with.  I recommend them for your service.

Alex is our go to guy for dryer repair.  He's prompt, polite, and professional.  Our dryer stopped heating up over the weekend.  I called Alex first thing Monday morning.  He arrived right on time and fixed our dryer in one visit.  Alex was here five years ago and still provides great service.

Great service.  Fast, knowledgeable and affordable.  Alex was able to come out on the same day and access the issue with our dryer in 5 minutes.  Parts were in the van and repair was completed within an hour.  Highly recommend. A+
