Tim is amazing. He has managed to diagnose and fix problems with my dryer and my ancient dishwasher. He's highly reliable, reasonably priced, neat, communicates at each step of the way, and offers realistic assessments of whether an appliance is worth fixing. He also provides suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. I highly recommend him!!!

In 2022, three of my refrigerators which are different brand got issues. Tim helped me fixed all of them by quickly root caused the issues. Tim is very professional and polite, he explained to me thoroughly what the issue is and how it should be fixed. He is very considerate, for emergency situation, he came back on 12/31 afternoon to get my refrigerator fixed. Last but not least, reasonable price. Highly recommend! Thats the reason I keeps getting back to him.
