BEWARE Greg Bernave managed my rental property for several years... 5 months ago I discovered very unusual accounting methods that resulted in money owed me. I have gone to GREAT length to prove the errors...after months and many, many attempts at reimbursement Greg refuses to even respond to my demands. VERY poor accounting methods and VERY poor communication... either he doesn't respond OR he tells you what you want to hear and then does NOTHING. READ ON... I am not the first to have similar experiences with Greg Bernave at Downtown Real Estate Consultants. BEWARE

Looking for a place to live is probably the most stressful thing ever! I've recently have been looking into moving back down to San Diego, and took a recommendation from a close friend to call them up. Once I talked to them on the phone, they were nice and personable. They have a wide range of prices, and I think I may be moving back down to SD. Thanks to Downtown Real Estate Consultants - of chorus. They know there stuff, and they have almost anything you would need. I'd definitively call them up.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I just recently got a new job in LA and I had to move. They did an efficient job selling my old place without any hassle or problems just before my new job started. Prompt and pleasant.
