Marty Castro did so much more than I could have expected. He advised my wife and me on strategies to improve the market value of our vacation rental property. When it came time to sell, Marty and his team put together a terrific marketing package that attracted multiple offers in just a few days. We sold the property faster and at a higher value than comparable properties in the neighborhood. That was just the beginning. Anyone who's bought or sold real estate knows there's *A LOT* of paperwork and a million details to track. Marty and his team were all over it. He was available anytime we had questions and Lisa (who works with Marty) kept the paperwork moving quickly. Small issues inevitably come up during escrow, but Marty was all over them. He communicated effectively with the buyer's agent and made sure everything closed on time. Marty checked all these boxes, and many more! He helped us find exactly what we set out to buy, and we got ourselves a property with instant equity. During the entire process, Marty was there for us 24/7, he made excellent suggestions at just the right time, and negotiated fearlessly on our behalf. Marty and his team successfully listed and sold our investment condo in Mission Valley. The entire process was smooth, fast and easy.
