Ethan was great to work with - from initially searching to the final closing of my new home! He listened to my likes/dislikes and helped me keep my wish list within my budget. He stayed on course during limited inventory and networked with his resources in order to provide me with consistency in availability of properties. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and well-prepared. He offered creative solutions (e.g., moving a wall to create better flow and an open concept, etc.) and had a network of lenders, contractors and other vendors that were a quick phone call away when advice or quotes were needed. We have been working with Ethan for the past 3 months to find our retirement home in Ocean Beach-Point Loma. He responds quickly to our calls and researches properties for us since we are out of state. He's very knowledgeable about the local market and has been patient with our requests.
