About Thomas Patriss From his early days in the 90’s working as a Real Estate professional in New York, Thomas always had a passion for the industry. Now he works in the Carmel Valley/Del Mar Luxury office with Keller Williams, the biggest selling company in southern California. Even though he’s working with a large corporation, he still maintains that personal touch. Thomas’ first priority is to develop genuine, long-term connections with his clients. He is not just here for the deal and gone. He will be there to provide you with ongoing support and value into the future. Thomas concentrates on putting his clients first and this is demonstrated by his attentiveness to closely listen to their needs and concerns. Thomas grew up playing competitive soccer and eventually played on a national team and competed throughout Europe. In his teen years he also loved studying Matsubayashi Shorin-Ryu, a Japanese style of Martial Arts. Then later as an adult he developed a passion for Latin dance. Now he is an avid boater down in San Diego and Mission Bay enjoying time with his family and helping out at their local church.
