I have nothing but gratitude today for Claudette. Her relentless service, responsiveness, and loyalty are the qualities that make her the expert you’d want next to you while navigating the world of real estate and investment. When a problem beyond anyone’s control comes along (and believe me, crazy unforeseeable things can happen), she’s there at your service to get you through it. We’ve been to war and back (metaphorically speaking), she and I. It’s the difficult times when you can see who has what it takes to help you and be made available when you need it the most. Claudette has consistently demonstrated her expertise in the market and excellent client service throughout our professional relationship, and I feel much appreciation for it. I listed my home for sale at the perfect price due to the knowledge and experience of my broker, and received an offer the first week! The entire team at San Diego Property Management were professional, responsive, and extremely friendly. The whole time we worked with them was amazing. We requested a 1-month extension after our initial lease terms and they negotiated with the owner and handled it in very timely and sensitive manner. I'd give six stars if the option were available!!!
