We worked with Tina Dameron at Urban Homes for several months trying to find the perfect house. We are new to the area and found her incredibly knowledgeable about the San Diego area. She was a invaluable resource when it came to discussing neighborhoods, school districts, commutes, communities, and even the merits of specific condo buildings. My husband and I did not have a good idea of what we were looking for at first and Tina was always pleasant and incredibly helpful driving us around to different neighborhoods and presenting us with new ideas. She worked so hard helping us find something we were both happy with. The house we settled on was bank owned and presented an endless stream of problems from the sellers side but Tina was with us every step of the way and made it go as smoothly as possible. She was always easy to contact and make an appointment with if something came up. We appreciate her help immensely and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to live.
