Richard was great helping us find and purchase our new home. He was patient while we figured out just what we wanted. We thought we knew, but as we looked, it became apparent that we had no clue. Richard was very patient helping us to narrow down the neighborhoods and types of houses, the size of house...everything. We thought we were well prepared, but we really had no idea. From beginning to end, Richard was there answering questions, keeping us calm and communicating what is going on...Richard was our Realtor, our therapist, family counselor, finance guy...you name it. He really helped take the stress out of a very stressful process. Cannot thank you enough! We love our house and couldn’t have done it without you.

Everyone is super helpful and I have never heard of a bad experience with any agent from Hunter and Maddox especially from Richard! I do recommend Hunter and Maddox if looking to buy or sell a house.
