Jeff was great. I used an online mortgage provider that left me confused more than a few times. Jeff either explained what was going on or engaged them to get the information I needed. His staff has it nailed down as well. I definitely recommend him.

Jeff is a real estate rock star. I just purchased my second property with Jeff and each time he made what can be a stressful process easy and hassle free. Jeff is definitely committed to helping his clients find a good quality home- he's not just about making a sale. Several times he pointed out flaws in homes that looked fine to us, which ultimately convinced us not to put in an offer on those properties. He is knowledgeable about what prospective buyers should be looking out for when viewing a home. He also goes above and beyond. When searching for my first property we encountered a lockbox that wouldn't open when we came to view the apartment. Instead of cancelling the showing Jeff climbed over the gate to get us into the complex! When purchasing our latest home he went to bat for us time and time again when we were dealing with a seller who wasn't playing fair. Even after the sale was complete he continued to advocate for us when repairs listed in the contract hadn't been completed. Jeff is easy to reach and responsive, which was critical in our overheated competitive housing markets. Time is of the essence right now, and Jeff was always able to arrange for viewings at a moment's notice. We will definitely be calling Jeff again when it is time for our next home.
