I have used TenantFinder several times for my rentals. So easy to work with! They found a tenant fast and they did everything. They also provide advise and suggestion on options to get the place ready for the new tenant ASAP.

I would recommend Tenant Finder San Diego to all my friends. They are very professional and acts quick too! It took them a week a week to find me a qualified applicant! No hidden fees with them and everything is explained up front. Would definitely work with them in the future again! Call them up and look for Salvatore!

Omg Elizabeth and Brenda are awesome!!!!! They were so prompt and got on all my verification stuff immediately! My move in process was just TWO DAYS!!!! And it could of been One day but we had to wait for my husbands new job to send him an offer letter on company letterhead which took some time... but other than that they were super fast. Explained everything thoroughly and were kind! I feel good about this lease!!!
