I have been in this industry 20+ years. As a single mom with no experience, I entered this industry and worked my way up. After having worked for some of the largest management companies in the San Diego area, I have grown to appreciate the current Owners of Landmark. They are kind, thoughtful and treat everyone with respect. Not something I experienced often before. Thank you Landmark!

Terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Their website is confusing. They send the bill statements late or not at all and slap you with a huge late fee. I had to wait two months for them to get back to me just to replace my roof shingles. During the pandemic we are still paying full price for services we cannot use, like the recreation center. It seems that this company wants to squeeze every last dollar they can out of us.
