Great location, great facilities, and the most amazing staff!
Armand is the best manager I've ever had. He pretty much answers everything. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the maintenance man and cleaning lady yet, but they are very friendly and have done a great job. The team here made my stay in San Diego an amazing experience. A lot of thanks from an international student!

This property is beautiful! The ambiance as you walk in is indescribable. Very vintage-modern. The Leasing Agent Albert mentioned the building was designed by a well known company, Basil Studios. The Property mgr Armand is very welcoming & informative, as well as Albert.

From the moment we stepped into this charming apartment complex, we knew it was something special. For the past two years, it has been more than just a home; it has been our sanctuary. Nestled conveniently near the vibrant Balboa Park, this place offers the perfect blend of city life and serene living.
The leasing office staff deserve a special mention. Always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful attitudes, theyve made every interaction a pleasant experience. Their professionalism and friendliness have added a personal touch that is rare in apartment living.
Our neighbors are wonderful, creating a community atmosphere that is both welcoming and respectful. Its the kind of place where everyone knows your name, yet respects your privacy - a perfect balance.
Parking, often a headache in urban areas, is surprisingly abundant here. Weve never had to worry about finding a spot, a small but significant perk that has made our lives much easier.
Now, lets talk about our bungalow. A beautifully restored 1920s gem with its own separate entrance, it combines historical charm with modern amenities.
