Not very knowledgeable about their legal obligations to tenants, nor caring of their rights. Also, no desire to mediate any disputes between management, security staff and tenants. No accurate information given to potential tenants either for an informed decision.

THE WORSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. My elderly grandmother lives in a property that is managed by Royal Property Management, and since the time of Move In, my 86 year old grandmother has been living without air conditioning. It is over 100 Degrees HOT. Either they are waiting for her to to die but this is ELDERLY ABUSE. How can they not try to have someone to come and try to fix it. My grandmother has called multiples times and no one is willing to help. I have tried to call Corporate, with no call back. I will try to contact whomever I can to try to help with an AC issue.
This is a message that my grandmother left on their website several times, and they have repeatedly ignored it.
I am contacting you in regards to the Property at 5343 Monroe Ave UNIT 512 that you manage.
From the time that I have moved in, I have not had any air conditioning working.
I am over 85 years old, and this is elderly abuse. I feel like I will die in this heat. I have called your team every single day for the past month, and no one is helping me.
