Dynamic Management Group, Inc.

I recently hired Dynamic Management to manage my rental home in La Jolla and need to maintain the highest quality for my property and my guests. I have been very pleased with the service that they have been providing for my property. I have been able to have them handle everything and not worry about anything. The property is in a very high end rental market so it is important to have a company that understands customer service, as well as managing the property and maintaining it to keep it up to par for even the most particular clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a full service management company here in San Diego.

The team at Dynamic Management Group is excellent. I have used other property management companies in the past but this company has out shined all of them. They are quick, responsive and most importantly they are reliable.

I have been looking for a rental in a certain price group and one that would accept my dog. I contacted Dynamic Management Group Monday morning and they found the perfect place for me by mid morning! After searching on my own for weeks, DMG found a place for me and Rosie within a few hours!

I'm a tenant in a condo that Dynamic Management Group manages, and recently had a problem with my water heater. I called them well after normal business hours, and was pleasantly surprised to reach a live person. Ryan walked me through a couple of things to try to help diagnose the problem. He was very patient and understanding. He had a handyman come out first thing the next morning and the problem was solved!

I've lived in one of their managed properties for 2 years now. We liked the place when we first saw it and they made it really easy. We can pay our rent online, and we always have someone to talk to if an issue arises. We haven't had much go wrong, but they've been right there to fix any problems that we've had - a dripping faucet in the bathroom was the biggest issue so far.
