Called and talked to Cameron about leasing. Extremely rude. Feel bad for anyone that even lives here and gets stuck having to deal with management! Glad I found out how they are before signing anything. Avoid this place like the plague!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The security at this apartment complex is embarrassing. There are homeless people in front of the building and surrounding the block every day (expected in downtown SD). "Security" guards are not at their station 90% of the time, and when they are, they are on their phones or blasting loud music and not paying attention to the environment. The upper parking garage leaks rusty water on many vehicles inside including my partner's, and it took months of jumping through hoops and doing work that should have been done by management to be compensated 40% of the cost of fixing the vehicle damage. There was urine everywhere in the hallway of my apartment floor for 12 hours before it was noticed by management after 2 attempts to contact them. I have stepped in human feces immediately outside the entrance of the building. My dog has attempted to eat used needles off the sidewalk surrounding the 3rd and Market St block. For the egregious cost of this apartment, there are nearly no visible efforts to promote safety (let alone satisfaction) for residents of this complex by management.

Totally hostile front office took days to respond to multiple calls & emails to schedule a unit showing, to find out that pets are not allowed during the initial walkthrough. Absurd waste of time by a front office that clearly is only interested in taking your money. Avoid!

Elevator is always broken. I moved out n they charged me twice for the last month and since the day I moved out on Jan 10 2022 up to today I have not receive my check back with my deposit. I called 3 times and every time they still didnt have my new address to send my check to even when I gave to them all 3 times. There is no following back as they promise they will.
