    Neat Method SD is amazing! We used them when we moved back to our newly remodeled house and they made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! They unpacked, organized, and made every space so efficient and beautiful! The team is amazing, couldnt recommend enough!

    The Neat Method has helped me become the organized person that I always aspired to be. My closet is color-coordinated as are my books. The children have their toys in labeled bins and I can find everything in my kitchen. Even my spice drawer is labeled and beautiful. As a client, you can work alongside the team, or you can ask them to makeover an area in your absence. I have been continually impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Katie and her team. I recommend The Neat Method to anyone who will listen.

    I had the most incredible experience with the Neat Method San Diego team!! They were so communicative leading up to our week, the team was so prompt, thoughtful, courteous and FUN! I was beyond comfortable with them doing whatever they needed to do while I was able to work and would only occasionally pop in to say hi and see if they needed anything! They transformed my kitchen, laundry room, shed and closets. I can't recommend them enough!!

    SCAM ALERT This company advertises themselves as a large and resourceful corporation "in over 40 different locations" with large resourceful "teams" and a "lead organizer" for those teams. But all it proved to be in our experience was a social media account.They charge a consultation fee ($50) which then apparently if you book goes toward the job. I scheduled a consultation, paid the fee and then get an email with no explanation simply that my home "was not a good fit for the company." I needed 6 rooms organized. Only 1 of which had a time constraint (which I would have been flexible on). The best explanation I was offered was "we have no time on the schedule [for the small office by the way]" But why would you schedule a paid consultation if you didn't have time to schedule the job at all? They happily accepted my $50 check and didn't offer to refund it until AFTER I spoke up. And if you have such a resourceful team, why not send another team member to help?Then I realized YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN INSTAGRAMMABLE SPACE. I told them no photographs of the art in my home. Comments that maybe served to suggest they prioritize instagrammable spaces included "wow look at your gorgeous view!" "The bathroom is wow like a department store" and "you've got a whole rainbow of colors in here!" Save yourself the $50.

    I can't say enough great things about Katie and her team! We spent nearly 9 months building our dream home - but when the time came to finally move, we were exhausted! Two working parents + a baby + no help = a disaster waiting to happen. I came across Neat Method on IG and decided to reach out on a whim - I am so thankful I did! We met with Katie about two months before the move - she helped us find amazing movers, gave us homework to make the move easier - and before we knew it, it was moving day! Katie's Team was there waiting when our movers arrived at the new house and by the end of day one they had just about everything unpacked. They helped us further sort through things, get rid of unnecessary stuff and within 5 days, our entire house was completely unpacked AND organized. It literally looked like we had lived there for months! And the best part - we've not only kept things organized but continue to channel Katie's sense of organization and minimalism as we get settled in our new home. We highly highly recommend Katie for moves or if you just need to get your house organized! She is AMAZING!
