I started here almost a month ago and I'm hooked to this place :) Benny is very knowledgable yogi and every session with her is body and soul nourishing. She personally cares for all her students. The small studio and family type atmosphere is what I love here cause you get personal attention on your poses, and how to improve and go deeper in your yoga. I feel rejuvenated and at peace after every class. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a deeper yoga and meditation practice.

Benny is wonderful & all the classes are , I just started yoga a few weeks ago & I'm so in love with the feeling I receive from it. My mind my body & my spirit on a different level. Thank you Benny

I have a very difficult time following and remembering even the most basic moves in all sorts physical activities so I historically have stuck to mostly to running and hiking for exercise. I have been very resistant to yoga despite the fact I knew I desperately needed it because I thought it was discombobulating torture based on other classes I have taken through the years. Benny, however, turned me into a yoga fan after the first class and I've been going regularly for the past almost 3 months. She explains how and why of the moves in a methodical, stepwise manner to ensure you have the best chance of getting the most out of the positions and guides you, if needed. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the people who show up as she mentally notes what her students' challenges and strengths. She includes insightful readings, and wonderful neck massages and optional meditations after almost every class. I feel so much stronger and more relaxed than I ever have as yoga works on the whole body, mind and spirit. She is a real gem of a yoga teacher.
