I was recently contacted by Childtime about an employment opportunity, it impressed me that management initiated the effort to dialog with me about a potential employment opportunity, and I was given a chance in an informal way through email to introduce what my needs would be as a potential employment candidate. This is an awesome comfortable way for both the employers and the candidate to begin a conversation about employment without any obligation to feel pressure to make an immediate decision. I encourage other early childhood programs to follow this example, because it shows professionalism.
