Promaster Plumbing

Called Promaster Plumbing after getting lucky on a google search. I was in need of an entire repipe since the townhome I purchased had Polybutelyn B (qwest) and I had three burst lines within 12 months. I knew I had to replace the entire system but between supply chain issues, increased labor costs and busy plumbers the quotes I was getting were just unbelievable. I called Promaster and Reynaldo made a quick appointment and within 15min I had a quote. He knew my building as he's worked on other units before and the price he gave me was 30% below what I was getting elsewhere. Service was done in the time frame advised. He was fair in expectations and was able to come back to fix additional things. Going forward he's my go to guy

Reynaldo was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a quote and then fixed my leaking water service lateral the following day. His labor fees were reasonable. I got a quote from five other companies and he charged 65% cheaper compared to them.

Reynaldo is trustworthy, prompt, and knows his plumbing. He's done a number of jobs for me at several houses, of varying sizes. I always call him first.
