Brought my 1973 kitchen and bathroom into the 21st century. This is the second time I have used Mark and he does great work at a reasonable price.

Wagner remodeling did a wonderful job on a shower repair/rebuild in my master bedroom. Mark patiently walked me through the recommended repair/remodel job, completed the job in a timely manner with frequent updates on progress, and his workmanship was outstanding. I cannot recommend Mark more highly.

Mark did a tub to shower conversion with whole bathroom remodel and then full remodel of our galley kitchen. WOW! Mark is beyond skilled. His experience shows as he sticks to a very organized plan. He did all the work himself except installation of the kitchen countertops. Priced fairly, conscientious and never missed a day. Highly recommended.

My mom needed to remodel her small kitchen. It was outdated, there was no counterspace, no storage and the kitchen was very tight to move around in. She chose Mark Wagner from Wagner Remodeling to remodel her kitchen. Mark is friendly, easy to work with and very knowledgeable about kitchens and baths. He listens to what you would like, what your needs are and has great suggestions to create a functional and beautiful space. We worked with him on the kitchen layout, and he was able to create a beautiful space that looked like it came out of a magazine. His attention to detail with the installation of the cabinetry, the appliances and tile was outstanding. Even though her kitchen is not very big, it feels spacious. My mom wanted seating for 2 in the kitchen which was tough in such a small space. The breakfast bar was created as a place to sit and have coffee in the morning. And, it does double duty adding more storage with the cabinets below as well as an additional 4 feet of counterspace. For even more storage, Mark recommended putting kidney shaped pull-out shelves in one of the blind base cabinets and a double Lazy Susan in the other which worked out great. It utilized space that in her old kitchen cabinets went unused. She also needed a pantry since her “pantry” were open shelves on the other side of the kitchen wall in her garage. What Mark did was change the access point. Instead of my mom having to go into the garage to get her canned goods, he created a built-in pantry with access from inside the kitchen. He installed a wall cabinet inside the wall that went into the garage utilizing the same location where her open shelves were located. By doing this, she got her pantry without giving up valuable space in her kitchen and in her garage. It’s the small details that make this kitchen pop like the built-in pantry, the breakfast bar, the undercabinet lighting and especially his tile work. My mom is so happy with her new kitchen. She can’t believe it’s hers. All the people we worked with on this kitchen project were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made this remodel run smoothly. Mark is a trustworthy and dependable contractor and does his best to save you money without cutting corners. His work is stellar, and we would highly recommend him to our friends and family for any kitchen and/or bath project. You will be thrilled with the results. Service: Remodelling
