TruForce Pest Control

If I could give 0 stars I would do that. I used TruForce pest control for field mice that were a problem in my garage. My home is a brand new build, but built right next to a little field of grass and plants. I was originally a couponer and had garage shelves full of literally everything so these little mice would hide under everything. TruForce was wonderful in helping me control them. They were wonderful in coming whenever I called them which was part of the deal they greeted me with. The technician said that I pay on a bimonthly basis and services were unlimited and I could also cancel anytime that I was ready to do so. Today I called to cancel my contract because my problem has resolved. I was greeted with a technician that said I was in a 12 month contract that would result in a $300 charge if I cancelled. I in no way shape or form agreed to a 12month contract. I asked to speak to the supervisor and DAVID answered the phone. I didn't even get the chance to explain my side of the story. he was VERY rude and aggressive towards me. He was very argumentative and just downright cruel. When I did get a chance to speak he kept interrupting me and told me that I could not be telling the truth b/c his technicians have integrity and they have business all over the world and would not be in service if they were lying to people about contracts. I never implied any of that. I never had a complaint about this company UNTIL right now b/c of his misconduct with me. Ii kept asking to speak to his supervisor and he kept talking over me being rude and very aggressive. I ended the call and called back to speak to the owner and DAVID gets back on the phone and tells me that he is closing my account out b/c he does not see that I was in a 12month contract. I asked him why he was so rude in the first place instead of asking and AGAIN I was interrupted and treated very poorly. He blamed the original girl that answered the phone and said "well that's what she said." This disheartens me that this company can treat their loyal customers so bad. All b/c of this, I will NEVER use or recommend this company to ANYONE.

Top of the list for worst companies I've unfortunately done business with. Horrible customer service, their "exterminators" are liers just look at the invoices. Didn't even gripe about how lazy they are. Don't worry karma will catch up with people like them.

I have TruForce service my house and a vacation rental. I am pleased with their professionalism and services. I recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, effective, and great overall service.
