The representative that handled our attic situation was professional and we feel went above and beyond the call of duty. We had dead animals that needed removal and sanitation cleanup and they did a great job. Everyone I spoke with was personable and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend Critter Control.

Beware of Critter Control! They are using many website domains and different phone numbers to funnel in new customers to scam. This was the worst experience I ever had with any company. Let’s shine some light on their villainous scams. They own website names like skunkpestcontrol.com or pestcontrolskunk.com, both of which look indistinguishable and both list their prices around $200-500 to remove a skunk. After you call their phone number on any of these funnel websites, you are magically redirected to Critter Control Operations Inc, who sends out a sales rep to your house in 2-4 hours, and after 15 min inspection offers you a contract to sign on their iPad. The price they quoted me was about $3400 to remove a skunk! After I said no thank you, she was able to instantly offer an $1800 price, until I finally agreed to $1500!!! Keep reading, it gets better! I signed the $1500 offer, because I was desperate to remove the skunk from under my porch the same day. The sales rep left. About 2 hours later a technician arrived: -installed a one way door ($35 in store) -installed a metal wire fence ($18 in store) -sprayed rodent repellent (I estimate this to cost $50 max) -his labor took about 30 minutes (I guess $1400 value) Then he left. The skunk eventually exited the one way door, my house was uninhabitable for a week, until I opened up the crawlspace under the porch myself and cleaned the smell with home made remedies. The skunk was not relocated. It still roams my garden. I wish I researched a little more before being scammed by Critter Control for $1500 (just because I couldn’t afford $3400) for a job that reasonably cost $300. They’re ok. It’s difficult to tell if the monthly service they perform for skunks is actually working cuz we’re on four acres and occasionally there’s still skunks, maybe there’d be more if they didn’t come to treat the property every month for grubs but I honestly couldn’t say. If this were my personal property I’d say they’re way overpriced. The business I work for pays the bill or I’d likely cancel the contract. I will say that the employees really seem to be educated in regards to critters and their habits AMS if nothing else I’ve cleaned a bunch of useful information from them. Service: Wildlife
