I love this place! All the trainers and kind and encouraging and knowledgeable. Im always challenged to my limits but also offered modifications when needed! I look forward to coming to class every day.

NEW MANAGEMENT ALERT Just started with Hardcore and so far Im loving it! The new onboarding team is super friendly, attentive and tailors programs to your needs. I did my first class with Mela and I cant rave about her enough! Shes dope! Very knowledgeable in what she does and puts her all into making sure you get the results you came for! Mela is not only knowledgeable in fitness plans but also is a licensed massage therapist who integrates those skills into her cool down. I will certainly be doing more one on ones with her. Cant wait for my next class and to meet the rest of the team.

Such a great gym! The trainers are all great and they really make an effort to understand your fitness goals! They make everyone feel comfortable and everyone is very supportive.

First off, the staff is AMAZING. The Boot Camps are well planned, effective and challenging. I visited from out of town and wished it was my home gym!
