This was best experience I have had with an eye dr so far. I also received a great deal on my new glasses. He was very professional.

Laughable. The doctor took me in an hour early for my appointment which I appreciated cause it saved me some time. He was the only one in the office so he kept going in and out of the exam room which I did not like because it left me waiting in a dark room alone. He took me out of the exam room in the middle of it to make sure that I bought a frame from him. That turned out to my advantage. I didn't like any of the small selection that he had, so he takes out one that he had just gotten that day. Turned out to be a titanium frame by Izod that he would have otherwise gotten much more for. He used equipment that was clearly still in use from the 90's. Anyway, the order got lost in the mail so I didn't actually get my glasses for a month (that is specifically not his fault but fedex's). Anyway, I used amex to pay for the glasses and he calls me a month and a half after the bill was already paid and tells me that I was disputing the charge and he didn't get paid. Someone is miscommunicating or he is outright lying as there is no dispute with amex. Somehow he has an a+ rating with the BBB.
