Excellent customer service with Stacey and Marissa! The 2 Docs I've worked with were also super personal and knowledgeable. I recommend buying the protection plan. Esp if you are a klutz like me and sit on your brand new glasses in the dark!

The only eye exam location I have been were I did not receive my eye prescription right after my appointment. I had to call afterwards once I found out that it is a under Federal regulation to do so. I felt pressured and obliged to order my contacts and glasses in this location given that they would "keep my prescription ready in the office for me once I made a decision on contacts and glasses". Having said this, I do want to acknowledge that Leon in the front was very helpful and responsive to my requests on the prescription. He had great customer service and was very attentive at all times.

So happy I found these guys. Needed new frames - a process that normal takes me from hours to several visits. Marissa was a huge help. She understood the issue with my present frames, listened to my style preferences and gave me sound advice on my options. Within 30 mins, I had decided on just the right pair and I am super happy with the outcome. Pricing was clear, process was really straightforward and hassle free.
