I have been with this provider a few years and they had been OK. This spring I needed new glasses. Got a prescription and had the glasses made there. After a couple of tries of not getting the glasses right I just wanted to get my money back. It's been a few months, many calls, emails, in person visits and no refund yet. What a scammer. Stay away!!

This review is in two parts -
First the good one - the optometrist - Dr. Emily Thai. I give her 5 stars. Very good, knowledgeable and friendly. Lends a patient hearing to what we have to say.
Second, the not-so-good one - the front office and the glass sales - can be a bit more friendly for a front-office; the frame/lenses sale - they like you ONLY if you are buying frame from them as well. Else, just drop your frame and and when they email you its ready, just show up, grab it and bolt out. Don't expect any courtesy/nicety. Or, better yet, go to Costco with your prescription and frames.

Loved my experience here! Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I had read some reviews that weren't great...but also, I looked at the dates of the reviews and realized that taking in to account the effects of the pandemic and what it has done to companies....I mean, give them a break! So glad that I did. Wonderful all around!

To begin, I REALLY don't like giving poor reviews! I am also being generous with a three... didnt feel like it would be fair to the quality of the doctor to go any lower. We have tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt BUT we are now on the third round into the fourth of trying to get a pair of glasses delivered. We already paid in full and after more than 2 months still have no glasses. The first time they were delivered with a chip. Somehow they missed it when they did their inspection upon receipt. Time number 2 a month passes with no word of replacements so we call... something didn't get sent to the lab so they could process the order and NOBODY bothered to look into it until we called. Today is time number 3 to FINALLY go pick up and, after having the replacement lenses for about a week and a half (our scheduling with work prevented any sooner time) we are told we won't like the news but set number three has a big scratch in one lens... which must have slipped past another inspection they either did or didn't do when they got the replacements. SO, now we are waiting AGAIN! This will be the 4th set of lenses... the third trip out to RB... still no glasses and the money long for them long since paid. Now our family will also have to find another provider because this is just too much! The sad part is the doctor is great... everything else seems a mess. We are either the one case where everything seems to go wrong OR something is wrong there! Beware.

UPDATE
It has been a year since my first review and things have drastically changed. The customer service was excellent at first, but after being a customer for a year things have declined. Currently I am awaiting the delivery of lenses that I ordered and paid for in early April (it is now July 18th). I have called to check on the status of my order 13 times and each time was told by the person on the phone that they would check on my order and call me back. They have my name and number, but NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. Now, I have called 3 times to ask for a refund for the cost of the lenses, since I have not received them, and each time I have been told there is not a manager present to process this request. Seems odd.
The last time I was physically in the office for my eye exam in April, a woman had an outburst at the front desk and mentioned she had been a customer for years, but was taking her business elsewhere because no one would return her calls. I should have taken this as a warning, now looking back.
Take your business elsewhere as they do not understand the meaning of customer service at this location.

The entire staff is incredibly helpful and professional. The office is spacious and clean with state-of-the-art technology. Great selection of glasses too. I highly recommend Total Vision Care.
