Sarah is amazing! I had been struggling with a lot of fatigue and GI issues over a year postpartum. She gave me a plan that was easy to follow and constant guidance along the way. It has been over 2 months since my protocol ended and I still feel great - no GI issues and way more energy. I have been able to continue using so many of her suggestions throughout my week. Even her small ideas like which type of salt I should be using or what protein powder brand would work best have made a big difference in my day to day life. Highly recommend Sarah if you are looking for someone to guide and support you while getting back your gut health and energy.
