I have an extremely positive experience with Nicole. We met during pandemic and our sessions were virtual. She is passionate, knowledgeable and follows up with the patient/customer. She has been source of many positive changes in my life both from nutrition and also personal changes. I highly recommend her. She is expert in dealing with hormonal imbalance and inflammation ad using food as medicine.

I’m not sure where to start. I came to Nicole at a low Point in my life. I felt like I had no control and my health issues were spiraling. Changing my eating habits seems terrifying to me and honestly not fun. Boy, was I wrong. From our first call to our last FaceTime - I’m sad I won’t have weekly calls anymore. She is a bright light in my life and gave me so many tools to take control of my own body. She showed me not to hate it but to nurture it and love it. From the recipes to tips/tricks , I felt like she was with me always- and still is! She genuinely cares and I’ve notice a difference. My fight for my health ISNT over but knowing I have Nicole on my team... well that’s huge.
