I'm really praying they keep some of their staff members that my mother needs very much so. Please do not let go of Sherri I am 1 of 4 daughters who had to move recently and our mother and those patients need consistency. My mother's mental health and communication are dependent on those who are there for HER. Renee, the other staff who take care of her. These people have become her family. Please consider hiring back from within the facility. Our families are there both my mother and the staff. Ask Renee and Sherri about our children ....the 6 years they've watched my girls grow up?

The Staff here are Awesome and friendly. I love how everyone is like a big family ...the Energy in this facility is everything. Thanks for taking care of My grandma ...keep up the good work!

I see Leah Higgins gave MHHC a five star rating, with no comment. She should have said she is the wife of the owner, Pat Higgins, and (as she says on her Facebook page) former Director of the Dietary Department. My experience with MHHC gives it a two. The problem being over worked and underpaid staff, primarily because MHHC is a "for profit" business. When you don't pay 'top dollar', you don't get top employees.

My father passed May 14th 2017 I have asked by email and fax as of today 3/26 sent for my father's medical records. I have been ignored. Faithfully by April 15th I will have Alfred Henry's medical information. At my home. I have met the owner one time and I shock the place up then Respectfully Denise Henry
