My son, who is 9 now, has been attending Paulo's class since he was 3 and can't be any happier. Paulo is very patient with the kids, very accessible and now that my son is older he is completely in love with Capoeira, the class and the whole history behind it.The studio is very well located in Pacific Beach and I try to take my son to as many classes as he can. A few times a year there are capoeira related events where the kids can see older "capoeiristas" in action and get inspired.

Capoeira Mandinga,   more than a training center for this beautiful martial art, it's being a second family for me!. Training for most almost three years with mestre Paulo Batuta has not only improved my resistance , and  physical condition, but also helped me improving my portuguese, dancing and musical skills. Try it, you wouldn't regret it. it's fun, it's challenging, it's axe!
