Miramar Martial Arts Academy (Mira Mesa)

The best in town! My son loves coming here. He learned coordination, discipline, respect, gained confidence, became stronger (physically, mentally and emotionally) and of course he's having fun. It really feels like a family here. Thank you Master Thai!

My son started when he was 5 and hes about to turn 7. He is a full yellow belt on his way to full orange belt. I have to say that for teaching and training kids at these age, Master Thomas Thai is definitely the best there is. Hes not only patient and focused but hes determined to make your kid push their boundaries and become more focused and strong (both mentally and physically) I believe martial arts is great for kids because it focuses on discipline and training their young minds, so if you are considering . Give them a try !

Today I tried a new exercise place: Miramar Martial Arts Academy (Mira Mesa). It is WONDERFUL! I took a kickboxing for fitness class and they have this class Mon-Wed-Fri. So I am returning on Friday! The class was small, everyone was very kind to me, and all of us were mid life and older. I really want to recommend this place to anyone who is in San Diego near Black Mountain Road and Mira Mesa Blvd.  I HIGHLY recommend this place!! And this class!

Master Thai is amazing with the kids! My daughter is normally shy in big groups and shuts down but loves going to his classes; she participates and is excited for each class. Family oriented atmosphere.
