We are working on a re-rig of our Compass 47 which is 6 hours from us with Rigworks which is a 6 hour drive the other direction. This is definitely a challenging project for that reason. Robin and Logan have been fantastic to work with and scrambled to make sure we got what we needed on time. I will definitely use them in the future.

Highly unprofessional. A very bad experience trying to get service and estimates, an even worse experience after leaving an honest Yelp review. Ignored for a week, appointment overlooked, only got a response within one hour of leaving a negative review. I was not given any time to even return their call (it pretty standard to give people time return your call, at least 2 business days) before a response was posted to my review. The response is an insincere pseudo-apology and passive aggressive attempt to discredit my opinion while trying to save face from my review. IF I had been given time to respond to the phone call, a real apology and a real appointment would have sufficed for me to remove the review completely. Instead, I got a published letter of chastisement for being « unkind » during Covid and telling me to make friends with their staff?!?! A letter a defensive mother would write about an unruly child who got called out for bad behavior, not an employer trying to smooth over a situation where the staff made an error that could have been corrected amicably. Is it because I am a woman that I get scolded by the boss for being a bad customer ? LET ME ASK, would they have handled this differently if I was a male customer? I am certain in this case. I am interested in boat services, not making friends or taking the time to get to know staff well enough to accommodate their personality disorders. New flash, Covid is over. I tried to bring you my business (2-2.5k job) after the business was closed for months: that is how I contribute positively to the Post-Covid world. I had an appointment, I was fully debriefed about what that entailed, I had committed to the price - so redirecting me to your website is patently a veiled advertisement to promote your services to other people. One mans treasure is another mans trash, as the saying goes... If you can come to my boat as planned, on time, give me a no-nonsense estimate without any warm fuzzies or drama, if you can do it in a friendly and professional manner, call me!

Rigworks came to the rescue. Big job requires knowledgeable people and these guys have what it takes. I would trust these guys with just about anything to do with boats. I have worked with all sorts of people in the boating industry all around the world and when it comes to doing the job these guys are number one. Once they take on your job you can relax, scheduling anywhere in the world is difficult most people just make you wait and give excuses all day long ( no shows ) but not these guys. Rigworks stands by there commitment if you can get through the front desk they are worth it. To get started I had to physically go into the shop pay a down payment and then did I stepped behind the desk and put my name on the schedule. I did what I had to do to get on the schedule and they did what it took to fix my boat right. Thank you to everyone that works at rigworks and works with rigworks I could not have done it without you all.
