        To be nice I'll just say I had a very unpleasant experience there several times. Try somewhere else for small engines.

        Terrible return policy and customer service. I was charged a 25% restocking fee for a part I needed to return, which was in stock and not a special order. When I purchased the part I was not informed of return policy and it was not stated in the receipt or posted anywhere in the store. When I told them I did not know about the 25% restocking charge I was told "I could take it or leave it, they didn't care". Thanks Jerry...I will never do business in this store again and will spread the word.
